Who’s using ReadAlong today?
The idea for PleaseReadAStoryToMe began with a simple discovery in our home—an old recording of a grandfather reading storybooks to his granddaughter.
That grandfather was my father, James Dawes. When he passed away, those recordings became far more meaningful than we ever expected. They preserved not just the stories, but his warmth, personality, and love.
That experience sparked the idea for ReadAlong—every family should have the chance to preserve moments like this.
